Yes, because once Latin America gained independence, many things started going wrong in other parts of the world too. Such as, Portugal losing Brazil, France leaving Haiti, and Spain being forced to withdraw from the American empire, (besides Cuba and Portugal). All the wars ended the period of time where European politics ruled, as well.


Question;
Name all the major pillars of conservatism in the 19th century. Explain how they eventually became allies, despite their past quarrels.
